7 Things You Should Never Carry When You Travel

Planning a holiday trip? You must be carrying many things along and some of these could be of little use in the trip. Below we list some of these things that you should never pack when you travel.

1. Shoes That Hurt

The sandals with a high lace that push against your skin. Never carry such sandals while travelling else you might end up getting hurt.

2. Hardcover Books

You will only be increasing the weight if you decide to carry books in hardcover. Better you should have a paperback edition of the same or you can also think about carrying a e book reader.

3. A bathing suit you are not comfortable

You might need to head to the beach often during your holidays. It would not suit you ideally in case you are carrying a bath suit which you do not feel comfortable wearing.

4. Too many clothes

This is one common mistake many travellers make. They carry many denims which eventually are never worn in the trip. It is better to travel light and carry only two pairs of denims which can be washed often.

5. Toiletries

Carrying a bagful of toiletries is never a great idea as you will be getting these complimentary in the hotels, you stay in. Save some space by not carrying these toiletries and ensure that you travel light.

6. Hair stylers and Iron

Many people have the habit of carrying hairstyle tools and irons while travelling. This is certainly a non essential item as most hotels offer these complimentary or for a small charge. Better not to carry these and save some extra weight in your baggage.

7. Snacks and Wine

You will find this everywhere you travel. No worth carrying these along and creating an embarrassing situation for yourself in case any of these wine bottles breaks open.
