The museum is named after him as Subhas Chandra Bose Museum.

The museum has different artefacts related to Neta Ji’s life including a wooden chair, his sword, medals, badges and his uniform.

What surprised many fellow Indians that it took 70 years to get a museum for Neta Ji in national capital. He almost got the independence for India until Gandhi Nehru back stabbed him.

But later than sooner. It’s a proud moment for all Indians. Now each one of us can witness the life of our great leader.

Since Modi government came into the power they always had a focus on Neta Ji’s legacy. NDA government tried to showcase his life first by allowing declassification of files related to Neta Ji Subhas Chandra Bose.

Was Neta Ji Gumnami Baba

On 18th September 2015 bought the Gumnami baba in focus when files related to Neta Ji were declassified and made available for public.

Gumnami Baba, an ascetic from Faizabad was believed to be Neta Ji.

Some select followers, including former Indian National Army veterans, had on many occasions claimed that he said about the difficulties he and the country would face from superior powers if his presence became public.

Gumnami Baba was died on 19th September 1985. His body was wrapped in tricolour and moved out of Ram Bhavan, a house in front of the circuit house.

13 people including Saraswati Devi Shukla, Dr. Priyabrat Bannerjee and Dr. RP Mishra, Ram Kishore Panda accompanied it till the banks of Saryu at the Guptar Ghat.

Everyone present there was sure that the person cremated at Guptar Ghat that night was none other than Neta Ji Subhash Bose.

Several Forensic evidence which were examined by a top expert were said to be a match. But as expected, the Central and State appointed experts gave no deed to those findings and gave wishy-washy reports. They even refused to come to the Mukherjee Commission along with B. Lal for proper questioning.

I am sure by inaugurating museum on Neta Ji, Modi government has tried to fill those wounds and once agsin brought his legacy in public domain.

Long live great leader Neta Ji Subhash Chandra Bose.

Jai Hind.
