Reason – Why Sanjay Dutt is Getting Released

Sanjay Dutt, convict of 1993 Mumbai blast and famous Bollywood actor is getting released on on February 25,2016.

This might be a good news for the people who like Mr. Sanjay Dutt. On February 25, 2016 he will be getting released from Yerwada Jail, Pune after serving his sentence for the 1993 Bombay blast case.

The special arrangements are made for his journey to Mumbai, but the farewell and welcome party won’t be given to him.

Moreover, he is released 144 days prior as prison authorities found him abiding to the rules and behaving well. Thus, he is getting released after five years of punishment, instead of six.

However, here a very pertinent question arises. Are the authorities being biased towards this superstar who has the influential parental lineage apart from him and his family having political influence?

The authorities indeed do have the rights to grant remissions owing to the offender’s conduct in prison.

However, the media had constantly pointed out the fact that the frequent paroles and generous extensions by the Pune Divisional Commissioner during his second stay from October, 2013.

Nevertheless, one cannot overlook that it may be just another stint of media to gather highest TRPs; and may be police was just being as humane to Dutt as to other prisoners.

But Dutt, being someone who is at par from ‘common’ public, just flamed the entire issue alongside, gathered the attention of authorities and of people.
