Be it trolls, ridiculing stars or criticizing politicians, Twitter hasn’t really been a big reason to smile for the Badshah of Bollywood. This time, it is the joke that went wrong. Shahrukh Khan tried to pull a joke on his followers. As usual his followers took it as quite serious.

Awaiting his next release of Raees, SRK posted a picture of himself on Twitter with the caption;

“First Look’ of Imtiaz Ali’s film, allegedly called The Ring. Not a horror film nor a love story…it’s a Ninja epic!”

The Twitter public failed to see the joke and took it as a real first look. The picture started getting viral and before it went too much ahead, The King of Bollywood cleared the air with his next tweet stating;

“The last tweet about the film is a joke. Clarifying for those who don’t get my drift & end up distorting stuff. It’s just cold in Budapest!”

 

So, apparently, SRK is in Budapest as he shoots for his next movie which rumors has it, also stars Anushka Sharma. The movie will be directed by Imtiaz Ali, and that’s no joke. 

 

Luckily, this one didn’t go that much bad for Mr. Shahrukh Khan.

Before, this ‘joke’ going wrong King Khan was also found interacting with his fans on Twitter with #AskSRK. A true entertainer, isn’t he?

Before this movie, Anushka and SRK have appeared in the movies like Jab Tak Hai Jaan, and Rab ne Bana di Jodi. This one will surely be the one to watch out for. Raees, the next movie of Shahrukh Khan is set to release on 26th Jan 2017. With the ongoing clash between India & its neighboring country, and losing the actress Mahira Khan from the movie, it will be interesting to see how SRK comes back to win the heart of his audience again.

As he says, “Haari hui baazi ko jeetne wale ko hi Baazigar kehte hai”.
