Directed by Shivaji Lotan, the film is based on the events that unfolded on 31st October 1984 and thereafter. The film shows the struggle and relentless fight of a Sikh family for existence amidst anti-Sikh riots of 1984. The stellar performance by Soha Ali Khan and Vir Das left the audience completely stunned.
